[So whatever your character was doing they are most certainly not doing it anymore, because they're suddenly finding themselves surrounding by massive moss-covered cedars and... giant mushrooms? A closer look reveals that those giant mushrooms are very real, making this whole place look like some kind of bizarro rainforest with an Alice in Wonderland twist. There are plenty of other unusual plants - ones that curl up immediately upon being touched, flowers that give off an eerie iridescent glow. The sounds of insects and chittering mammals pervade the humid, foggy air, and overhead the cawing of crows can be heard. It's beautiful and just a tiny bit unnerving.

In a nearby clearing a little white-haired girl in a blue dress (is that a pointy witch hat on the ground nearby?) is playing with a little black dog. She's throwing a stick and he's disappearing among the moss and oversized roots, and returning it with a startling quickness.

[ ...Well then. That's a lot more noise than he wants ringing around in his ears and his expression reflects it as he tucks in a bit closer to the gills of the mushroom and pulls his nubbin arm close to his chest. ]

[At least she's got his attention! Though she'd like it better if he actually came down from the mushroom.]

Hey! Come here! [She's making her way over to the mushroom stem, tapping on it as high as she can reach.]

[ Which echoes along the stem and up to the sensory hairs on his carapace limbs, making his vision vibrate uncomfortably. So with an irritated sort of gargled click he's going to open his main set of eyes again and dig his feet harder into the stem so he can detach the elongated, insectoid arm on his right side from the gills of the mushroom and pois it near himself, trying to look....bad ass or at least something resembling threatening sob ]

[Threatening isn't the word Euri would use. She'd pick something more like weird or funny - enough that she's back up from the stem and grinning at him, wiggling her stretched out fingers at him.]

[ Avoiding her obviously, gosh. He's going to bare his fangs at her and let out a hiss when she reaches up and wiggles, stretching his arm out farther to the side as if this will magically convince her he should not be trifled with. ]

[That hissing amuses her more than anything, and she's mimicking the noise back at him.]

--! [ Oh what on earth, no B( That is not how that works. Kaz is actually taken back and surprised by that, silenced for a moment as he opens and closes his main set of eyes, canting his head. No one's ever tried to mimic his noises, let alone made that sort of facial expression at him.
